The WT4300 Series Smart Electromagnetic Flow Meters from Microview Australia Trading have been designed to use in the field of industrial process control. Applications for example are in the metallurgy, paper and pulp, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, water treatment and mining sectors.
These electromagnetic flow meters measure the flow rate for inductive liquids with conductivity to no less than 5µS/cm. They range in size from DN10 to DN1000, have an accuracy of ±0.5 per cent and flow velocity ranges from 0.5 to 10 m/s.
The housing material is either made from casting aluminium for the DN10 to DN300 version or carbon steel for the DN350 to DN1000 version. Flanges come in carbon steel which is galvanized or coated and a stainless steel option is also available.
Fluid temperatures in these electromagnetic flow meters can range from -25 degrees celsius to 130 degrees celsius, 150 degrees celsius per one hour water and steam flushing. The ambient temperature ranges from -20 degrees celsius to 60 degrees celsius.
Electrode with shielding case is standard in these electromagnetic flow meters and they also include removable EEPROM and excitation current automatic compensation technology in their construction. Conductive rubber grounding and grounding electrode is optional.
