The ECO is a compact high pressure dust extractor, which is available from Micronair.
The ECO is a cartridge filter collector, mounted over the top of 240lt bin.
It offers a safe and effective way of collecting the dust from difficult applications such as edgebanders, panel saws, small CNC routers, wall saws and hand held tools.
Each machine is Australian designed and built from powder coated steel with stainless steel fittings to enable the units to be installed either inside the factory or outside where it’s fully sealed design makes it weather proof.
With air volumes up to 2100m3/hr and a maximum pressure of -4.6KPa (-18.5”WG) over a single wheelie bin, the ECO dust extractors are suitable to the small to medium sized factory or workshop with light dust loads looking for a compact extractor.
Featuring negative air pressure, a clean-air high pressure fan and bag less technology, typical applications are listed below:
- Coarse dusts (>100 microns): such as fibreglass, some plastics, leather, course sawing and CNC routing
- Medium dusts: (20—100 microns): such as aluminium, corn, general wood dust, sand blasting
- Fine dusts: (1 - 20 microns): such as flour, cement dust, wood sanding, fertilisers
