BANNER Engineering has announced the addition of new heavy-duty tubular enclosures for its Mini-Screen emitters and receivers, and also corner mirrors for its light screen machine safety products including Mini-Screen, Micro-Screen and the EZ-Screen safety light grid.
Available from Micromax , the enclosures are constructed of FDA-approved materials and the stainless steel mirrors are suitable for applications where glass is not appropriate.
The enclosures and mirrors make installation of light screens or perimeter guarding systems in food processing environments easier.
The enclosures are appropriate for high-pressure washdown applications and are rated NEMA 4X and IP67. Twelve enclosure and 14 mirror sizes are available allowing numerous configurations.
MSA-TE Series tubular safety light screen enclosures are constructed of transparent FDA-approved polycarbonate tubing with FDA-approved Delrin end caps. Stainless steel brackets and fasteners are included with each enclosure.
Designed specifically for use with Banner's Mini-Screen safety light screens, they are available in 12 different enclosure lengths to accommodate light screen sensors from 102mm to 1220mm long.
Mounting hardware is included with the SSM-S Series corner mirrors and a unique end cap design allows for rotation of the mirror to any angle for easy alignment and set up.
They mount easily to Banner MSA Series stands for freestanding applications or can be mounted to numerous other surfaces.
Available in 14 different lengths, SSM-S Series corner mirrors work with light screen sensors up to 1829mm long.
Robust SSM-S Series corner mirrors enable guarding along more than one side of an area using only one light screen emitter/receiver pair. They feature stainless steel reflecting surfaces and do not contain any glass. Their compact construction also makes them suitable for harsh industrial applications.
While specifically designed for use with Banner Mini-Screen and Micro-Screen safety light screen systems and the EZ-Screen safety light grid, they can be used with any manufacturer's available optical safety systems.
Their wide mirror surface is well suited for use with long range optical safety systems.
