It is configured for installation in a standard 19" rack and features universal inputs, a built-in display for real-time data viewing and a sample rate of 100kHz per channel to hard drive.
Combine waveform data, video, audio and analysis with the Dash 18XR system, which is ideally designed for integration into a rackmount test stand. It has all the recording requirements in a single instrument - scope, meter, data recorder, datalogger and audio recorder.
The device features 18 universal inputs for voltage, thermocouple and bridge signals.
The Dash 18XR's large real-time waveform display, internal hard drive for capturing data, integral PC connectivity and optional chart recorder, provides data in any format that is needed.
With audio and video snapshot recording - synchronised to waveform data - the Dash 18XR ensures that all aspects of the test is captured.
Operation of the Dash 18XR is quick and easy with the intuitive 17”touch-screen display. Familiar Windows icons and menus provide for straightforward setup and operation. The system can be easily customises it to fit particular needs.
The Dash 18XR captures 18 channels of data continuously to a dedicated 73GByte hard drive at a sample rate of 100kHz per channel.
Three different data acquisition modes of the Dash 18XR make it adaptable for any application:
1. Real-time recording mode to display waveforms while capturing to the hard drive
2. Scope mode for high-speed signals requiring greater timebase resolution
3. Acquire/review mode is ideal for applications where immediate access to captured data is important.
The Dash 18XR will bring testing to new levels with its ability to capture audio and video snapshots along with waveform data.
The audio, video and waveform data is synchronised, allowing a more detailed analysis of what events actually took place during a test.
It is essential that test equipment talk to the PC. The Dash 18XR's Ethernet port, DVDRW and off-line software make it easier than ever to do this.
From setting the system up through the PC to uploading captured data from the hard drive, the Dash 18XR seamlessly integrates with the user’s computer.
The universal inputs of the Dash 18XR allows connection to almost any signal without using external signal conditioning. With high voltage, low voltage, temperature, DC Bridge and frequency inputs, most signals can connect directly to the Dash 18XR. Channel-to-channel isolation means users will never have to worry about cross-talk and signal interference again.
