Metalsistem Australia offers a new range of inclinator lifts for hanging garment installations.
Inclinator lifts are made from powder-coated steel while the lifting operations are performed by a plastic, self-lubricated link chain equipped with steel hooks, specifically shaped to optimise the connection with the trolleys.
The link chain runs on plastic guide profiles powered by a self-braking motor equipped with an inverter and located on the upper part of the lift near the exit area of the trolleys.
The motor comprises of an inverter as standard to control the speed. Vertical weights of 200 daN can be processed on the trolleys within the 30º inclination area.
Inclinator lifts are supplied complete with a button panel featuring working and driving buttons. The guide profiles of the trolleys are made from square or round profiles according to the type of trolley used within the installation.
Optionally, customers can order a package of advanced electronic features comprising of:
- Sensors to provide an automatic switch on/off: If no trolley passes the sensors for a given period of time, the motor will automatically switch off, automatically switching on again at the passage of the first trolley
- Extra button panel for the second level in addition to the standard button panel provided for the operations on the ground floor
