High temperature brushless DC servomotor from Maxon Motor Australia

Maxon motor Australia has recently increased it’s portfolio of capabilities by producing a brushless DC servomotor for high temperature “down hole” applications. These brushless DC servomotors are suitable in the following oil filled applications and a regularly supplied with basic modifications such as:

• Brushless DC servomotors offer Un-shielded bearings
• Un-lubricated gearhead (gearboxes)
• Un-lubricated bearings
• Special bandaged windings
• Hole’s between connecting voids and end faces for oil injection

• Teflon wiring harness on the brushless DC servomotors
  
• Encapsulated rare earth magnets
• Front bearings on the brushless DC servomotors are retained axially in two directions
• High temperature PCB rating on the brushless servomotor
  
• Welded housing and flange components
• SmCo magnet material 300 degree rating
• 15G and above shock absorption capability
• Additional securing of bearings onto rotor shaft for increased vibration resistance
• High temperature winding wire to above 240 degrees
