Fabricators using CNC punching equipment and laser machines in Australia and New Zealand will gain as standard the JetCAM Expert CADCAM software with any investment in Finn-power machines.

Users are ensured that current and future Finn-power technologies are supported by JetCAM products, offering closer cooperation between sales, marketing, technical assistance and development from their supplier.

This new software deal is effective immediately. Finn-power is available in Australia through Advanced Sheetmetal Technologies (AST) and in New Zealand through its local entity, Automated Sheetmetal Technologies.

According to AST, although JetCAM’s foundations are actually in Australia, in the last 20 years it has become arguably the globally recognised brand in the CAD/CAM sphere.

As the Finn-power distributor in Australia and New Zealand, AST is happy that customers will receive possible software for their investment with extensive follow-up service from its expanding domestic presence in each of these countries.

This agreement between Finn-power and JetCAM allows AST to not only provide the full JetCAM automated solution for new customers; it can also deliver this and many benefits to existing customers.

JetCAM is a leading edge technology, so customers will benefit from the stability and be able to grow their business confident in their investment.

The JetCAM brand CAD/CAM software has been at the international market since 1986 and is used in more than 70 countries worldwide.

The software supports just about every CNC punching, later, plasma, routing, waterjet and flatbed cutting machine available today, allowing users to programme any combination CNC machines with a single CAM system.

Finn-power is globally known as being among the top end in sheetmetal automation.

Through AST, available Finn-power technologies include punching machines, laser cutters, bending machines, integrated punching/shearing and punching/laser cutting cells and flexible manufacturing systems for complete lights-out operation.
