PEAK varbon dioxide laser lenses from Mate Laser Technologies, available from Advanced Sheetmetal , enable high power lasers to operate at peak performance.
The lenses offer peak performance in CO2 cutting applications requiring as much as 6000W or as little as 1000W. The absorption rating is 0.15%, which is 30-40% lower than standard lenses.
The design creates an impermeable moisture resistant surface for maximum lens stability, consistency, reliability, and performance. This feature enables higher product throughput and machine productivity by allowing higher laser cutting power and production speeds.
The lenses are HeNe beam compatible, which allows for safe setup and operation. The lenses are also highly scratch resistant and have a 20/10 scratch/dig rating.
The lenses are now available for Amada, Bystronic, Cincinnati, Finn-Power, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Murata Wiedemann, Strippit/LVD, Salvagnini and Trumpf CO2 laser cutting systems.
In addition to the new lenses a range of laser cutting nozzles, nozzle holders and accessories are available.
