MatHand Freight Hoists from Materials Handling are direct hydraulic, freestanding goods lifts that can be supplied with 1, 2 or 4 pallet capacity deck sizes (maximum 2800 x 2800mm), with capacities up to 4000kg. They are available for 2 or 3 level installations up to 9000 mm and with multiple door configurations. The preferred door provision is powered roller type.
The small footprint makes them ideal for warehouses, distribution centres, factories, car dealerships, self-storage facilities, mezzanine floors etc. The controls are fully interlocked have call/send capabilities at each level.
The unique Australian designed controller combines an intuitive, user friendly interface with maintenance and diagnostic feedback. This display will indicate what level the freestanding freight hoist is at and the status of the door e.g. if you are at ground level and the hoist is at level 1, the call button will be inoperative, if the door at level 1 is open.
Freight/goods hoist doors do not self-close; they are constant press for closing and momentary touch for opening. They comply with Australian safety and industrial Standards, are a low cost alternative to traditional lifts, have a minimal pit requirement and are suitable for external or internal installation.
