Load Rotators
Turning and rotating heavy and/or bulky loads were often difficult and dangerous.
The Materials Handling Load Rotators now makes this previously arduous task safe and easy.

Load Rotator Systems
The two main systems are:
Pal-turn® Load Rotator is ingenious product rotator with load straps or load chains, driven and rotated by a gear motor. Pulleys may be fixed or adjustable on the whole length of the tube.

The pulleys are protected by rotating covers which are set at both ends and feed the textile non marking straps. Just hang the Pal-turn® Load turner from the appropriate crane or hoist and you are up and rotating.

The Load Rotator is available from 1tonne up to more than 45 tonnes and as a single or dual strap unit.

Reel Rotators and Roll Rotators are reliably utilized in the paper, foil and packaging industry where quality, efficiency and utmost safety are the standard.

They afford problem free lifting and turning of reels with easy operation by one person. There is no loss of material due to damaged edges, even with sensitive goods.

Reel Rotators and Roll Rotators are highly versatile, allowing facile attachment of the units to existing Intelligent Lift Devices or our Air and Electric Hoists. They can also be mounted onto mobile lifting trolleys for extremely manoeuvrable, pedestrian powered handling.
