Materials Handling has an excellent range of lightweight jib, gantry and monorail crane systems that match perfectly to their even larger range of electric hoists, intelligent lift assist devices, balance lifters, vacuum lifters and a host of other smart lifting devices.

The crane rail systems have been selected for their light weight, low rolling resistance, cost effectiveness, ease of installation and the resultant productivity.

Altrac Aluminium Crane Rail Systems
  • This Australian designed and manufactured range provides a modular selection of meccano set style components for many applications up to 1000kg.
  • These include freestanding and wall mounted jibs, freestanding and ceiling mounted gantry systems, monorails, and even curved tracks.
  • They can also be used as a fall arrest rail solution.
  • One major benefit of the Altrac system is that the capacities can be markedly improved with the StrongBac upgrade. Ancillary items include power feed systems, turntables, diverts and an impressive array of various trolley combos.
Gorbel Enclosed Track Crane Rail Systems
  • The Gorbel steel enclosed track product range has an extremely low rolling resistance.
  • They are available as freestanding and wall mounted jibs, freestanding and ceiling mounted gantry systems and monorails.
  • Capacities are up to 1500kg and all systems are available with a multitude of ancillary components to provide the complete workstation crane solution.
MovoMech Aluminium Crane Rail Systems    
  • There are five different aluminium profile track extrusions to cover a myriad of ergonomic solutions for freestanding, wall mounted and knuckle boom (articulated) jibs, freestanding and ceiling mounted gantry systems and monorails.
  • They are capably matched with the unsurpassed MovoMech range of lifting device or can partner any other comparable lifting devices.
  • The smallest rail weighs 1kg/metre making it ideal for lightweight, repetitive and fast lifting applications that other rail systems could only dream of”.
  • There is a portfolio of components to provide the complete workstation crane, productivity enhancing and ergonomic lifting solution.
