MatCam announced the release of Digital Express, high speed digital registration, routing and knife cutting systems. These machines were formally introduced at the 2009 ISA International Sign Expo in Las Vegas USA. They are developed especially for the signage industry. Other features include three independent cutting head mounting plates, independent z axis z, digital AC servo drives and MultiVision digital registration system.

It is a digital camera/software based system that can visually recognise media registration marks and automatically compensate for skew, distortion and image drift. The MultiVision system easily integrates into the existing workflow while providing the additional flexibility of utilising state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software for enhanced tool path generation as well as high-end 3D sign and graphic applications.
