Precision Parts for Thin Materials using Photo Chemical Machining
Precision Parts for Thin Materials using Photo Chemical Machining

Mastercut Technologies use a highly refined Photo Chemical Machining process, producing highly accurate, repeatable and cost-effective precision parts to designs.

Mastercut Technologies offer full thickness etching of stainless steel up to 1mm and surface etching of any thickness. Our standard materials include stainless, copper and brass shim. Photo Chemical Machining provides for fast turnaround of detailed parts without the expense and delay of tooling. Perfect for prototyping too as design changes can be made with minimal cost. Incorporate text, logos, textures, fold lines for no additional cost with accuracy that surpasses laser.

The Mastercut Photo Chemical Machining process provides:

  • High accuracy
  • Repeatability
  • Design Flexibility
  • Low cost
  • Fast delivery
