Martor’s Power-cut is a heavy duty safety cutter with a thumb push blade slider.
The Power-cut safety cutter has been designed for use with rubber sheets, conveyor belting, cardboard, paper rolls or any other materials that require forceful strokes when being cut.
The Power-cut safety cutter lets these forceful strokes be made at a minimum risk of injury to the operator because a safety spring provides for the blade to ‘shoot back’ into the handle the instant the blade looses contact with the cutting surface.
The Power-cut safety cutter can be used by right and left handed operators and has a split second blade change and it requires no tools to change the blade.
There are several blade options for the Power-cut safety cutter ranging from trapezoid blades of various styles and materials, hook blades and round edge blades.
This safety cutter like all the safety cutters in the Martor range has been GS-Tested for Safety by the German Safety Control Board TÜV.
