The Markem-Imaje 4040 is a high-resolution drop-on-demand (DOD) inkjet printer for case coding applications:
• Uses piezo technology to print on porous surfaces
• Runs under Windows XP for easy message design and editing

The Markem-Imajee 4040 is ideal for customizing cases:
• 128 or 500 individually addressable channel printheads
• Up to 70 mm print height (2 3/4")
• Printing resolution up to 200 dpi
• Print speeds up to 45 m/min (150 ft/min)
• Easy to create complex messages, logos and barcodes using Windows XP
• 10.4” color WYSIWYG display
• Up to 4 printheads per controller
• Communication interfaces: RS232, RS422, RS485, Ethernet and USB
• Through the USB port memory sticks and scanners can be attached
