Global supply chain commerce provider Manhattan Associates has again been positioned as a leader in the 2013 Gartner, Inc. Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems.
Gartner, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company evaluated 17 WMS solution offerings in its Magic Quadrant research. The report positions vendors based on completeness of vision to the WMS market and the solution provider’s ability to execute on that vision.
According to Gartner, leading WMS vendors continue to dominate the largest and most complex warehouse environments due to the breadth and depth of their current applications, their thought leadership and their position as the vendors that others look to emulate.
Eddie Capel, president and chief executive officer, Manhattan Associates says that Manhattan’s position as a leader in the Magic Quadrant for the sixth consecutive year further confirms the company’s Supply Chain Commerce vision , leveraging their common technology platform to help get industry leaders closer to their customers.
Manhattan has invested more than $300 million in research and development since 2006 to develop a platform-based Supply Chain Commerce solution architected to anticipate, align and adapt to the new omni-channel landscape.
