Digitally controlled induction heaters

OLD heating methods such as oil baths, blow torches, hot plates, ovens and impact installations without heating, are dangerous and neither controlled or repeatable.

Available from Maintenance Systems , Bega heaters are digitally controlled and free of these hazards. Both heater and yoke remain cool to touch at all times.

Bearings can be heated within seconds/minutes with no loss of pre-lubrication. Waiting time is dramatically reduced and potential damage is avoided from loss of lubrication.

Bega heaters allow perfectly even heating of bearings and other shaft-mounted machine parts and avoid impact damage suffered during cold-mounting.

The 'swing-arm' heater yoke design means the operator does not need to twist while carrying a heavy, heated bearing.

Bega induction heaters are digital, simple, no nonsense machines with a robust design for industrial environments. User manuals and CDs give detailed information.
