MEX v12.4 and FleetMEX v5.1 is available to all customers in September from Maintenance Experts. New functionality has been incorporated into the new versions which will surely impress.
The new features include:
- The Asset Wizard
- The Asset Wizard is a graphical tool that will allow users to build their Asset Register structure quickly and accurately. The tool has been designed with the customer in mind and is easy to use with no training needed.
Languages
MEX and FleetMEX can now be viewed in multiple languages. The new versions are now available in:
- Spanish (Latin American)
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Chinese (Simplified)
- And coming soon French (Canadian)
The Activator
The Activator will run and create all your Work Orders automatically. It can be set up to run on whatever time frame you require. This will start up at the same time each day, week or month.
The Project Management Tool
Some features of the Project Management tool include:
- Work Orders scheduler
- Making a work order a successor or predecessor of another Work Order
- Allocate resources to each Work Order
- Extend or decrease the working time of the Work Order
- Work calendar (for work and non work time)
- Drag and drop scheduling
- Unlimited levels of hierarchy
- Review conflicts on screen
