There are various applications and features of Maintenance Connection that include maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) workcenter, technician workcenter, service requester, reporter, my dashboard, mobile, bar-coding, agent / email notifications and GIS / ERP integration.
After logging on to Technician WorkCenter the user is offered with a home page that has been tailored to only show what is pertinent to the job of the client. The number of assignments that a customer has is simply shown in the inbox on the right and the menu consists of only tabs and options to which the customer has access.
When the user logs on to the Maintenance Requester, he is offered with a message that is posted by the company or the organisation of the user.
The primarily user of this Maintenance Requester are non-technicians who request maintenance.
When the Maintenance Reporter is logged on, a list of report groups on the left is offered to the user along with matching reports on the right.
