Mainpac restructures for international growth

Supplier News
Leading enterprise asset management software company, Mainpac announced the launch of Mainpac International to support the company’s growing international business.

Having gained several international customers in Africa and Middle East over the past year, with substantial growth expected from the subcontinent, Mainpac has appointed Graham Griffiths to the board and also promoted Michael Panosh to strengthen the company’s breadth of management and international operations.

Griffiths brings considerable management capabilities to the Mainpac Board, drawn from an extensive background in global technology companies including NCR and AT&T. According to Griffiths, Mainpac has an outstanding best of breed asset management solution with the right architecture and scalability to meet diverse customer needs. He looks forward to contributing to the company during this exciting period of growth.

Michael Panosh has been promoted to General Manager of the newly established Mainpac International, which will service Mainpac’s growing list of multinational customers. Panosh was responsible for developing Mainpac’s international business over the last two years by focusing on asset intensive customers in Ports and Terminals as well as in the Resources sector.

Executive Chairman, James Kirk explains that the promotion is a natural progression of Michael’s success in driving the growth of Mainpac’s international business.

Panosh notes that Mainpac is one of the few vendors exclusively addressing shipping ports and terminals requirements in areas such as Terminal Operating System integration, condition monitoring and real-time asset visualisation down to component level. He adds that Mainpac is ideal for Resources sector companies that require a cost-effective asset management application with proven implementation timeframes and low IT overhead.

Although Mainpac already boasts an extensive list of overseas customers such as DP World, AngloGold Ashanti and Ports America, the launch of Mainpac International aims to ensure and strengthen continual growth into global markets. Mainpac’s partner development program is targeted towards strengthening existing partner relations and creating new opportunities in order to support Mainpac’s expansion and its provision of leading asset management software to a greater number of enterprise customers.
