They offer a split-fork design, with clamp pads that serve to prevent misalignment and maintain palletising consistency, and are capable of processing over twenty cycles per minute, depending on the robot used and distance travelled.
A sensor is installed in the systems to verify the presence or absence of a bag in the gripper, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
These bag grippers also utilise dry lube bearings, and are hard coated to ensure protection from extreme environments. All electrical connections required to install the grippers are supplied to allow for easy robot integration.
