A new and enhanced version of MYOB Australia’s RetailManager is now available and will reduce the time retailers spend on administration. MYOB RetailManager v11 provides a clear snapshot of how a business is performing at anytime.
 
MYOB RetailManager v11 completes sales/lay-by/accounts processing, manages inventory, features customer relationship management (CRM) tools, manages pricing, identifies where the business is making money, produces reports and easily works out GST.

MYOB RetailManager v11 has the following features:

  • A contemporary new look
  • Enhanced targeted marketing tools, enabling retailers to send targeted communications and marketing campaigns directly to customer segments
  • The ability for clients to submit product feedback/suggestions directly to MYOB Australia

According to MYOB Australia, they will release MYOB EFTPOS which will improve the point of sale process. MYOB EFTPOS will quickly process customers’ credit and debit card transactions through broadband Internet connection. It will have no lock in contracts and will integrate with MYOB RetailManager v11.
