MPower introduces a new innovation in its range of LED emergency lighting products.
Featuring revolutionary and environmentally sustainable technology, the new LightSaver LED battens meet the demands of building owners, maintenance managers and contractors seeking energy efficient capabilities and long lasting design life in their emergency lighting solutions.
Offering a 10-year design life, the LightSaver comes with MPower’s proven battery technology LiFePO4WER, delivering up to 90 per cent energy savings, doubling the longevity of the fitting and halving maintenance costs.
Randy Low, MPower’s Product Manager for Emergency Lighting explains that the LightSaver LED battens feature energy saving technology and offer increased diagnostics including intelligent motion sensing, self-testing and central monitoring compatibility to suit a diverse range of end user requirements, applications and environments.
LightSaver has produced industry leading emergency classifications never achieved before in the emergency lighting industry. An Australian NATA-accredited testing laboratory classified the LB24LS 2x18W 1200mm 4’ LED emergency batten with a C0 D400 C90 D200 rating.
For example, with a standard installation height of 2.7m, the LB24LS can provide a spacing of 39.2m x 31.1m; this means building owners can save more by installing a lower number of emergency luminaires to provide the minimum lighting (lux) requirements as per the BCA and Australian Standards 2293.
