This combination Checkweigher and Safeline Metal Detector offers the most technically superior combination unit on the market

Developed to meet market demands of large high speed manufacturers who demand a total quality control function with minimum floor space, which is very difficult at higher speed.

OCS Checkweigher
  • OCS Checkweigher allows the weight applied to be compensated for by an electromagnetically produced counter force
  • A precision position control keeps the system stable
  • The weight proportional current is transmitted to an A/D converter and processed in a micro processor
  • Pre-processed data can be obtained by the use of a “complete weight values” by means of a serial interface from the load cell
  • Special software is employed to meet Regulation 36 Part 5 to minimise Packet Weight Loss by tracking the permissible actual deficiency is 5% and the permissible average deficiency is Nil
  • OCS checkweigher complies to Australian Laws of weights and measure
Safeline Metal Detector
  • The SAFELINE Signature newly released Profile Metal Detector's ability to detect at high frequency, and to change that frequency, offers clear advantages in the detection of different sized pieces of metal, and particularly for stainless steel
  • It also allows the system to deal with a wide range of products in different pack sizes
  • Employing a detector, which can effectively pick up small pieces of stainless steel is essential
