Available from MOSCA Australia , the UATRI automatic in-line corrugated cardboard strapping machine features an integrated roller conveyor system that has variable speeds and variable heights from 800mm-1050mm and with passage widths of 1300mm, 1600mm or 2000mm.
The corrugated cardboard strapping machine has a thermostatically controlled heat-weld sealing system, a height adjustable pneumatic top roller compression bar, a safety circuit for up-stream and down-stream systems and a quick release dispenser. The backstops, longitudinal pusher and side pusher ensure bundle squaring on all sides.
Set up of the corrugated cardboard strapping machine is fully automatic by way of touch-screen input and 99 different sizes can be stored to the system.
The corrugated cardboard strapping machine is available with optional air conditioner for the control cabinet, signal exchange with upstream converting machine, upstream pacer conveyor, MOSCA-QS-system and CE Safety guard at in-feed.
The strap coil dispenser’s core diameter is 200mm with the core width being 190mm. Standard machine grade 5 – 9 mm PP straps are used with the corrugated cardboard strapping machine.
At a conveyor speed of 0.6m/s, UATRI corrugated cardboard strapping machine can process up to 30 single straps per minute with the ability to fix parallel straps at the same rate with a twin head model.
