The 2010 User and Open Days conducted by Maintenance Experts (MEX) have now concluded. In total six User and Open Days were held, with MEX staff travelling to Auckland, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney during the period from the 11th to the 23rd March 2010.
These days were a huge success and more than 80% of the attendees found the days to be between good and excellent, and all attendees left with more knowledge of MEX software than they came with.

The User Days were free for Maintenance Agreement holders and some of the topics covered included upcoming software releases, MEX Ops, using stores and requisitions and the benefits of using MEX Mobile.
The Open Day was for those who are not currently using MEX Software and covered the benefits of using MEX software products. These open days provided an overall showcase of MEX’s powerful and easy to use interface and discussed what benefits businesses could get out of implementing a solid maintenance solution.
The winner of the MEX Customer Satisfaction Survey was drawn recently, and MEX congratulate John Martin from UnitingCare Ageing.
John explained how MEX has helped Uniting Aged Care, “With many aged care sites all over Western Sydney & Western NSW, MEXOps & MEX creates a user friendly easy way for all our staff to enter jobs and for our centralised maintenance team to be able to track & manage all the maintenance jobs. Having all the data in one place makes reporting on maintenance a great management tool.”
MEX looks forward to seeing those who attended these User and Open Days at their Annual User Conference which will be held at the Q1 Resort and Spa, Surfers Paradise on the 26th and 27th of August.
