This year at Austech we will have 3 of the latest laser technologies on display at our booth E70.
At Austech 2009 we will have a working demonstration of the DPLNexus Laser Marker, and will be able to mark all metal, plastic and ceramic samples.
The DPL range of laser markers, brought to you by M2 Lasers , is available either with a selection of different class1 safety enclosures, or as a standalone unit for easy integration into a production area.
One of the competitive advantages of DPL lasers is that all the laser components, including air cooling and power supply, are housed in the one compact laser unit – making integration easy, robust and affordable.
LaserStar manufactures Nd:YAG and Fibre Laser Welders. They are well respected within the industry for providing a range of exceptional value laser welding systems. Their lasers are commonly used in the Tool & Die, Automotive, Electronics and Medical Devices industries.
M2 Lasers will be demonstrating the 7000 Series Laser Welder at Austech. Capable of accurately producing spot and seam welds of 0.2mm – 2mm diameter, on virtually any metal alloy.
Laser Material Processing:
M2 Laser's nanosecond and picosecond laser systems from EKSPLA are used mainly for specialised material processing applications. Their lasers cover a broad range of unique applications, from drilling 5um holes in injection nozzles, to scribing Silicon using a 355nm laser and marking inside glass.
At Austech M2 Lasers will have one of EKSPLA’s picosecond lasers on display, and will be available to discuss any laser application.
