A 12kW HMI glare free Lunar Lighting Tower was utilised in the Victorian bushfires due to its ability to light up larger areas than conventional lighting towers. With up to 15 times the light output, glare free daylight colour temperature of 6000K made it easier and safer to work for extended periods.
The 360° light output with a single globe saved on time and labour in set up and transport. The Light Tower is easy to operate and takes only minutes to set up even on uneven terrain. Each of the four hydraulic legs is individually controlled by push button. The 2kW Lunar lights can fit into an impact resistant roadcase 1m high and light up 2000sqm with a single globe in less than 5 minutes. The 2.6kVA generator was used to run the Lighting Tower and can also be run off mains power.
