Lindeman Gabr Safety Products introduces the Ladderprotector, a 66 cm anti-slip device that has been designed to prevent the base of the ladder from slipping. The Ladderprotector is new to the Australian market and is manufactured from 100% vulcanized (SBR 70 Shore) rubber with a tire-tread like surface on the bottom.
The Ladderprotector anti-slip device provides maximum hold on wet floors, slippery floor surfaces, marble, tiles, grass and anti-static floors. The anti-slip device is safe, cost-effective and more reliable than footing and provides an ideal anti-slip solution for ladders when working alone.
The Ladderprotector is a new version of the Ladderstopper 102 cm, however size and material differ offering a lower price. These safety products are already widely used by professionals and distributed through Europe and the UK.
The Ladderprotector anti-slip device has been trialled and tested with the results showing that the Ladderprotector will increase anti-slip efficiency compared to a footed ladder without an anti-slip device. Furthermore, a weight of up to 450 kg can be placed upon the top rung of the ladder without the feet slipping.
