LINDE'S new battery electric T20SP pallet truck and the popular 39X forklift are tipped to be the most popular items on its stand at The Safety Show, Sydney, from October 26-28.
Just released, the 2000kg capacity T20SP features a 45 (driving position for 180°) visibility, intelligent speed reduction system, shielded operators compartment and 'e-driver' controls. The operator can control the pallet truck with one hand, freeing the other to perform key tasks such as scanning, picking or marking.
The platform is suspended on shock absorbers that eliminate vibrations when driving on uneven surfaces.
The T20SP has proportional power steering and a self-centering feature for stable and productive straight-line performance. Linde says this intelligent system also automatically reduces the travel speed in relation to the tightness of the turn.
Linde boasts the pallet truck can reach its top speed of 10km/h, whether loaded or unloaded, in 5m. It is also claims to climb ramps up to 13% when fully loaded and 20% unloaded.
Another standout item for Linde is its internal combustion forklift, the 39X. The company says its hydrostatic technology reduces fuel consumption by up to 30% and makes the forklift quieter and cleaner.
Linde is rewarding visitors to its stand B06 at The Safety Show, Sydney, with show specials such as pallet trucks on hand to view and one free forklift safety CD-based video, valued at $300, per person.
The Safety Show runs from October 26-28, at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
