Techalloy X MIG and TIG welding wire is made from a nickel alloy that delivers oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength.
Suitable for use in petrochemical applications, Techalloy X welding wire provides enhanced stress corrosion cracking. It is also recommended for aerospace applications that are subject to high operating temperatures.
Techalloy X welding wire is used for TIG and MIG welding of nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, with the Ni-Cr-Mo alloy system providing excellent resistance to oxidising and reducing environments. Techalloy X also meets AMS 5798G chemical and tolerance requirements.
