The Vegatronic VT500 VFFS machine is a simple, but reliable bagging machine ideally suited to low/medium speed applications for pillow and block bottom pack styles.
With operation speeds of up to 70 packs per minute, the Vegatronic VT500 VFFS machine may be used for laminate, barrier, polypropylene, and polyethylene based films.
The Vegatronic VT500 VFFS machine offers two sealing options: standard, constant heat seal jaws and vertical sealing bar, or the Ilaseal, reduced profile, constant heat sealing system, specially developed for PE based films.
Operation of the Vegatronic VT500 VFFS machine is via an OMRON PLC with a 5” mono-colour touch screen. This allows for easy operation and programming of up to 40 product programs.
Numerous pack styles can be produced by the Vegatronic VT500 VFFS machine, including pillow bags, pillow bags with handles, gusseted pillow bags, and block bottom bags.
The Vegatronic VT500 VFFS machine is available with a stainless steel or painted finish. A range of optional extras for machine customisation are also available.
