Linco Food Systems supply the COMBIPLAST box erector and liner inserter by NIVERPLAST, a unique combination system designed to take pre-made liner bags from a wicket and insert them automatically into cartons as they are erected from a magazine.
The COMBIPLAST box erector and liner inserter operates automatically without interruption, thanks to its rotating bag compartment, where the next load of bags is prepared whilst the machine is running. When the bags run out, the bag compartment automatically turns through 180 degrees to load the new bags into the machine without the machine stopping or requiring operator intervention. The operator then simply prepares the empty bag compartment by loading the next lot of wicketed bags and the machine is ready for the next changeover automatically.
Up to eight different carton/crate sizes can be covered by the COMBIPLAST box erector and liner inserter, and each size can have a dedicated program for selection by the operator.
COMBIPLAST box erector and liner inserters are AC or servo motor driven, for quiet and efficient operation, and can achieve processing speeds of up to twelve cartons/crates per minute.
COMBIPLAST box erector and liner inserters are available in either painted or full stainless steel versions.
