Linco Food Systems  supply ELS 160 semi-automatic label applicators, which are based on the ELS 200-SC labelling station.

ELS 160 semi-automatic label applicators offer a technically practical and cost effective solution for many common semi-automatic labelling requirements.

A key feature of compact ELS 160 semi-automatic label applicators is the integrated control system, promoting operator usability. The operator is able to use a simple keypad located on the drive motor control to control all functions, including automatic operation, manual label feeding, photocell calibration, label length setting, labelling speed, label offset, and labelling delay.

ELS 160 semi-automatic label applicators allow for the automatic labelling of manually handled and presented products, with the ease of operation and setup of fully automatic systems. Specifications of ELS 160 semi-automatic label applicators:

  • Label width: up to 200mm
  • Labelling speeds: up to 45m/min
  • Label reels: max diameter 360mm
  • Label roll core: 40 or 76mm
