Ilapak has introduced a new entry-level horizontal wrapping machine.
Delta 500 LDR is a film from the bottom machine, which is the ideal MAP machine to meet your daily production targets at an affordable price.
When high speed packaging is not a requirement, this horizontal flowrapping machine is Ilapak’s cost-effective solution for all those applications requiring the film to be fed from the bottom such as naked sausages, meats or other processed naked meats.
Average throughput is between 30 and 40 ppm, with or without gas injection.
If your delicate products require reliable hermetic seals on laminated, co-extruded or shrinkable gas-barrier films, this robust and easy to use machine is the flexible solution you are looking for.
The Delta 500 LDR is equipped with many features usually found only on more expensive machines. The Delta 500 LDR is controlled by an industrial PC via a user friendly operator interface with 6” VGA colour touchscreen, 64-program memory capacity (expandable), has ports for peripheral units such as printer, labelers and gas control systems and is fully programmable via AT compatible keyboard.
The main production features include no product/no bag protection, variable bag capacity, misplaced product detection system, adjustable folding box to quickly and simply accommodate different product sizes, sealing rollers with automatic height adjustment, integrated gas analyser, a single belt automatic feeder and is constructed with hygienic stainless steel finishing as standard.
The Delta 500 LDR is available in Australia from Linco Food Systems .
