Lidoran Architectural Roofing, also known as Lidoran , have been spreading their wings north to Hamilton Island, Great Barrier Reef, having won several roof construction projects on the holiday spot.
Parkview Constructions contacted Lidoran Architectural Roofing and invited them to tender the roof construction component of the Hamilton Island Yacht Club Villa Project, comprising 35 privately owned luxury double curved villas.
Lidoran Architectural Roofing won the contract and are currently tackling the project using corrugated ultra roof sheeting in the shade of Woodland Grey for the construction of the roof. This project is due for completion early 2009.
While working on the Yacht Club Villas, Lidoran Architectural Roofing’s roofing skills were noted by Hamilton Island Enterprises (HIE) and were asked to tender on another island project that is the roof re-construction of the Beach Club.
This entailed the removal of 4,600m2 of pressed metal tiles and replaced with Fielders HPS 200 metal profile in Merlin Grey. Lidoran Architectural Roofing won the job and proceeded to complete the project in four and a half weeks.
