C&M Leussink Engineering , manufacturer of 3D modular clamping equipment, will launch a unique modular jigging system during National Manufacturing Week, to be held at Sydney's Darling Harbour from May 30 to June 2.
The new Trestle Demmeler modular jigging system, on display on stand 3207, has been designed for build-up and pull-down quickly and accurately, giving fabricators the flexibility they need to get the job done, first time every time, without expensive jigs.
According to C&M Leussink, it is ideal for jobbing work and is designed to be accurate, reusable and efficient for fabrication purposes. It is said to be simple to use while ensuring assembled work pieces are square, flat and on size, even when using stainless steel and aluminium.
The company says the Demmeler System improves the quality of fabrication work, with customers reporting set-up times reduced by more than 50% and accuracy is increased by over 80%.
