The starting point in Ausa’s range of sweeping and cleaning equipment, these floor sweepers are very popular in municipal applications across Europe.
Built on the platform of a 2000kg mini dumper powered by a 4-cylinder diesel Kubota engine, the imported Ausa B201RH has a 4-wheel drive hydrostatic transmission, allowing the driver complete control on all types of surfaces.
The heavy duty floor sweepers feature a main broom and two side brooms to provide a total sweep path of 2370mm. Selectable dust control is facilitated by means of water sprays. The sweeper section hopper has a capacity of 245 litres, and can be dumped into the dumper’s bucket, which can hold 1250 litres. This generous capacity allows hours of non-stop cleaning operation.
Brian Eddy, Lencrow’s sweeper and scrubber consultant explains that they have a number of customers that operate in large yards where using a conventional floor sweeper can cause damage and excessive wear to the cleaning equipment since they are designed to perform best on smooth level floors.
Lencrow decided to provide a machine that could deliver superior performance in these yards without causing excessive maintenance costs to the unit. The new Ausa B201RH unit features large wheels for rough sites, while its diesel engine and hydrostatic drive give the power required with smooth operation.
Key benefits of the Ausa B201RH floor sweeper include its ability to change into a self loading 2000kg dump truck with the attachment of a 180-litre bucket in less than 15 minutes, as well as several safety features such as oil immersed wet disc brakes, ROPS-rated driver’s guard and a windscreen with washer as standard.
