After supplying Aco Polycrete with forklifts for almost 20 years, Lencrow has recently struck a fleet management agreement with the company which has seen them become Aco Polycrete's preferred national forklift supplier.
Aco Polycrete was established in 1946 for the global manufacture of drainage systems and has 31 production sites across 12 countries. The fleet management agreement with Lencrow covers offices across Australia.
For several years Lencrow has supplied a majority of Aco Polycrete's fleet, as too has another competitor. Through recent negotiations and site assessments Aco Polycrete has decided to rationalise it’s fleet, choosing Lencrow due to their ability to offer diverse brands and configurations that suit site demands.
As part of this fleet management agreement, Lencrow offered to provide Nissan and EP’s as these were the most suitable machines for Aco Polycrete's requirements.
In today's industry people are looking for comprehensive fleet management rather than simply the supply of equipment. This covers both management and maintenance of the machines, thus eliminating the need for the customer to use additional staff just to run that part of the business.
Another reason Aco Polycrete chose Lencrow as their preferred forklift supplier is the servicing benefits they have experienced from Lencrow in the past. Knowing they could rely on servicing and maintenance to keep the machines in good order helps Aco Polycrete to ensure they are compliant with OH&S.
Today more and more companies have gone to hire as an arrangement not only for material handling but for many business equipment components. It gives them advantages in being able to budget effectively as it incorporates purchasing and maintenance as well as having tax advantages. In many cases 100% of hire is tax deductable.
This preferred forklift supplier agreement with Lencrow will see Aco Polycrete supplied with modern equipment for the next few years for service and maintenance.
