Lencrow Materials Handling
has registered strong performance in the sales of Ausa equipment in Australia with orders increasing 40% in 2012, most of it for masted all terrain forklifts.
Ausa’s masted all terrain forklifts have been improved with the option of Full Grip transmission available in many models, which allows the transmission to operate in 2wd most of the time and 4wd when required. Better manoeuvrability, 50% lower rear tyre wear and superior performance in off-road conditions are some of the benefits of this range of Ausa forklifts.
Ausa also introduced the Taurulift T307 telescopic handlers this year with a capacity of 3000kg and lift heights to 7000mm. The Taurulift range now offers six different models with capacities from 1300kg through to 3000kg, and powered by Kubota diesel engine for smooth and reliable operation.
According to Lencrow’s Managing Director Ross Grassick, the company is impressed by the attention to detail that Ausa puts into the units they manufacture. Lencrow has added a number of these units to their own hire fleet this year due to the reliability and operator acceptance.
All the units imported by Lencrow conform to Australian Standards and their standard build includes full road lighting and safety features. The hydrostatic transmission offers constant torque at any speed, which is extremely important in slippery conditions. The units in the masted range are offered with side shift to improve the efficiency and driver control.
Ross Grassick adds that the Ausa machines are backed by reliable support comprising of parts availability and trained technicians. Lencrow’s Ausa parts distribution centre located in Melbourne stocks an extensive range of parts, in addition to regional parts distribution facilities in both Sydney and Brisbane. Lencrow also has electronic access to the Ausa website offering 24-hour parts and technical assistance.
