Leda-Vannaclip has launched a new series of preventative maintenance contracts (PMC’s) for all their automated equipment.
Leda-Vannaclip provides customers with a choice of maintenance program best suited for their needs. Three levels of service are offered (gold, silver and bronze) each providing different options and fee structures depending on the level of care required and response time.
Not all customers require emergency call out after hours or 4 hour response times and the expensive costs associated with this requirement. While Leda-Vannaclip is primarily concerned in servicing their own equipment their technicians are trained to service and maintain a range of perimeter security and access control products from other manufacturers.
Rather than having to potentially maintain multiple service providers the new Leda-Vannaclip initiative will provide a one stop shop of reliable service options.
These new service facilities are available from each of Leda-Vannaclip’s branch offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. Perth will be added to the network early next year.
