The Le Mac Australia Group has won gold in the Consumer Acceptability Award at the 2005 Packaging Awards for its entry Selleys Press & Go.

Selleys has made a trade product much easier for DIY consumers to use.
The new pack benefit: “No gun required” is clearly proclaimed from the new, resealable cap.
A new nozzle design allows easy press release of the contents, and ends the previously unwieldy and difficult-to-use dispenser gun system.
This type of packaging advancement that results in such a marked improvement in usage is the essence of consumer acceptability.
Not only does Selleys re-invent this product through packaging, but manages to do so without jettisoning any of the brand recognition from the previous pack: lines are similar, graphics and shape echoing the predecessor deftly, maintaining maximum connection to a very successful range while streamlining and improving legibility and appeal.
Maximum communication is afforded by this all over shrink wrap label, through images, graphics and usage information.
