Lawson Software, a provider of enterprise software applications, has appointed five new members to its consulting teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland to further support Lawson’s growth strategies across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
André Rodrigues joins Lawson’s Sydney-based solution consulting team as a senior solution consultant responsible for the equipment service and rental market across Australia and New Zealand.
Rodrigues has 25 years of industry and product expertise in mid-market enterprise resource planning (ERP) with particular expertise in manufacturing and distribution. Prior to joining Lawson, Rodrigues held positions with JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Oracle in Australia and Singapore.
Helen Davis joins Lawson’s Melbourne-based solution consulting team.
As a qualified chartered accountant, Davis brings expertise in financial, planning and reporting solutions to her new position as a solution consultant.
She will be responsible for demonstrating Lawson Business Intelligence and Lawson M3 Financials to mid-market prospects across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to joining Lawson, Davis worked for Cognos where she undertook both pre-sales and strategic account roles.
Before this, she worked with Professional Advantage demonstrating Epicor products across the entire ERP suite. Previous to these IT industry roles, Davis also held positions with Southcorp Packaging as a financial analyst, Esso Australia as a dealer, and Price Waterhouse as a chartered accountant.
Tony Monteleone joins Lawson’s Melbourne-based Practice Delivery team as a senior business consultant. In his new role, he will focus on the delivery of Lawson M3 Financials and Learning Accelerator to new and existing customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Monteleone brings over 10 years’ ERP consulting experience to Lawson. Previously, he held roles with Pronto Software including reseller technical consultant for the company’s international and local channel partner division, as well as a senior implementation consultant for its professional services group.
Prior to this, Monteleone held accountancy roles within the fashion industry with Country Road Limited and Franz Footwear International.
Mark Smith joins Lawson’s Brisbane-based solution consulting team. In his new role as solutions consultant, Smith will be instrumental in implementing the team’s asset intensive go-to-market initiatives.
Smith has many years of experience in enterprise asset management (EAM) after working for organisations such as Mincom and Mainpac.
During this time, he provided a range of services from management consultancy, business process re-engineering and consulting, along with implementation management and shopfloor consulting.
Smith joins Lawson from Lihir Gold where he was a senior maintenance and operations analyst responsible for ERP/EAM implementations of Mincom Ellipse 6.
Before this, he was a specialist at BMA Coal where he led the development of project management processes across a number of sites.
Finally, Adam Lowe has transferred from Lawson’s Auckland-based (New Zealand) Professional Services team to its solution consulting team.
Lowe joined the former Intentia AB 10 years ago before the company merged with Lawson in 2006. During this time he gained significant practical knowledge and experience working on customer implementations across a broad range of industries including fashion, food and beverage, as well as manufacturing and distribution. With his new appointment, he will act as a direct pre-sales contributor for both the New Zealand and Australian sales teams.
The appointments of André, Helen, Tony, Mark and Adam further strengthen Lawson’s continuing strong presence across the ANZ region.
Lawson is confident that the skills, knowledge and experience they each bring to their new roles will allow Lawson to better address growing market demand for industry-specific ERP solutions that provide lower total cost of ownership, as well as flexibility to meet current and future needs.
