Laser Wizard offers cutting services using laser and waterjet cutting machines for materials including acrylic, laminates, rubber, marble, aluminium, brass, stone, tiles, glass, ceramics etc. Laser Wizard also provides various software for designing purpose.
Laser Wizard performs waterjet cutting using high pressure water for materials with low melting point and for inflammable materials like aluminium. Waterjet cutting is done on a sheet size of 1800 x 3000 millimetre with cutting thickness up to 100 millimetres.
Laser cutting from Laser Wizard is done for mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastic products. Cutting thickness is 20 millimetres in mild steel, 16 millimetres in stainless steel, 10 millimetres in aluminium and 32 millimetres in plastic products. Other material that could be laser cut include wood, vinyl, thin rubber, brass and copper as well as powder coated materials.
Laser Wizard is engaged in part development as well. Many levels of software are available for design and processing from Laser Wizard. With the software, files in various formats can be accepted. Various drawings can be produced and used for verification, editing or production.
Laser Wizard uses central processing software called Sigmatek. Sigmatek is an integrated drawing package that allows advanced features such as mirroring and nesting. Part rotation with appropriate grains can also be performed.
