300 watt Direct Diode Laser

Dilas, partner of Laser Resources , has introduced 300W direct diode laser system with integrated camera and pyrometer for industrial applications.

Dilas Diodenlaser GmbH has the direct-diode laser systems based on the DLx30-platform. These lasers offer ideal options like an integrated on-axis camera or an integrated on-axis-pyrometer to allow online process control in industrial applications like soldering or plastic welding.

The nominal power goes up to 300W with a standard spot size of 1.4mm x 0.6mm, but the laser head can be equipped with a range of custom optics to allow adaptation to the application.

The 300 watt direct diode laser system is equipped with a sensor-controlled chiller, measuring water conditioning on-line, and controlling water conductivity and flow-rate continuously. The power supply and control unit has capabilities to be red-out by CAN-Bus, so that an optional PC can be used for logging process data, as well as allowing to do telediagnosis through modem.
