Ford Performance Racing (FPR) announces a technical support agreement with hydraulic equipment manufacturer and marketer, Larzep.
According to Larzep Australia Director Duncan Bain, its unique remote pendant operated 120 tonne press has enhanced FPR’s capability to produce complicated and intricate pressings for the FPR Falcon V8 Supercars. The opportunity of working with FPR is a challenge that they relished and are to providing them with the right tools to do the job.
FPR believes that the use of Larzep hydraulic products will assist the team greatly during the 2006 season and beyond.
As it is essential to have the right equipment to be able to manufacture FPR’s race cars and spare parts packages within the timeframes required. The Larzep 120 tonne press FPR is using will significantly speed up its FPR Falcon V8 Supercar component manufacturing processes, enabling us to press thicker materials for better shape, definition and total quality.
