Daniel and Linda Tabone from Suncoast Limes asked Label for professional advice on how to speed up their labelling processes and improve the image of their lime juice cordial products.
They had been purchasing labels in flat sheets from traditional printers and found that applying labels to the bottles by hand was time-consuming and frustrating.
After a free consultation, Label Power suggested that labels be manufactured die-cut in rolls. Labels in rolls are easier to handle and, more importantly, they can be easily applied using Primera AP360 semi automatic cylindrical label applicators.
Labels are produced on a durable waterproof stock in vibrant smudge, scratch and UV resistant colours. They are printed 4 colour process plus a special green so the colours really pop off the page. The synthetic label stock comes with a special removable or semi-permanent adhesive. This means the labels can be removed cleanly in one piece when bottles are returned to Suncoast limes for cleaning and recycling.
Linda Tabone says, “The Primera AP360 label applicator has saved us so much time and its small size means it’s portable and we can apply labels anywhere quickly. Not only are the labels more durable that before but we also saved money by getting them printed in rolls.”
