LINAK Australia, known as a manufacturer of technically advanced and innovative products, has released a super fast electric actuator on the market.
The sprinter is built on LINAK’s LA36 actuator platform. With a maximum force of 500 N and a speed of up to 160 mm/sec without load this actuator is a newcomer.
The fast LA36 actuator was originally introduced to manufacturers of electrical bollards for traffic control.
As a spin-off LINAK Australia found several other applications where speed is a critical element and where a fast actuator can add value.
The actuator was launched in March 2007.
High force – low speed:
At the same time LINAK releases a new version of the same LA36 actuator with a max. Force of 10,000 N.
This LA36 actuator eliminates all prejudices against electrical solutions and its limitations. To lift 1,000 kg via a 24 or a 12 V motor makes extreme high demands on the mechanics, but also the electronics is tested.
LINAK has solved this task by improving and strengthening the LA36 actuator on several points.
The actuator will be launched in September 2007.
For both new versions of the LA36 actuator it applies that the user still obtains the same advantages such as e.g. fast and easy installation, super accuracy, repeatability, reliability, and advanced control of critical machine operations – now with a speed and a force quite unique within electrical movements.
LINAK’s TECHLINE Division delivers quality products to the industry, which supplements each other in size and strength and which can be applied at any place where lifting, closing, lowering, or pushing is required.
