L S STARRETT's new range of jigsaw and reciprocating saw blades are now available on the Australian market. There is a wide variety of blades in both ranges to suit all cutting needs.
Starrett jigsaw blades are bi-metal and feature a high speed steel cutting edge welded to a tough, flexible back. The shatterproof design means that the blades are virtually unbreakable during normal use. They also have increased resistance to tooth breakage and fracture.
The blades fit all jigsaw machines currently available due to their unified shank, which has a patent pending worldwide. The blades are available in packs of five with colour-coded packaging for wood, metal, and multi-material cutting.
Reciprocating saw blades
Starrett bi-metal reciprocating saw blades feature a high speed steel cutting edge welded to a tough, flexible back. This combination provides long life and makes then virtually unbreakable when cutting wood, nail embedded wood, metal or plastic.
The blades are available with a straight, tapered, rescue, tapered rescue and carbide grit blade, and come in packs of two or five blades.
