Kubota Australia  has decided to move into a new headquarters in 2008. The $18m investment will see Kubota Australia enjoy a much larger 15,000sq metre warehouse giving it an ideal business platform to conduct its future operations.

The transition to new premises at Truganina (near Laverton), Victoria, would be complete by this time next year. Despite drought, tightening credit and increasing competition, Kubota is committed to expanding its business operations in Australia.

The message to both Kubota dealers and customers is that Kubota is growing. Kubota are already firmly entrenched as a major equipment supplier and undertaking this major investment will further consolidate Kubota’s position in the Australia.

The new facility represents a 50% increase on Kubota’s current storage capacity at Tullamarine, and, the new facility will greatly enhance Kubota’s ability to deliver machinery to dealers on a timely basis.

The new warehousing facility will maximise the efficiency of Kubota’s logistics department through the timely supply of products including tractors, mowers, excavators and Krone big square balers.
